Perdu Temps is a historically and ecologically significant trail from Dominica's southeast to the south. In earlier times subsistence farmers traversed this route to take their produce to the Roseau market. You will also retrace the footsteps of Dominica's 'maroons' (run-away slaves). This hike takes about one and a half hour through secondary forest, mainly flat terrain and some river crossings. It gets steep and narrow as you approach the end and opens up to an area often described as 'paradise' or 'the Garden of Eden.'
A guide is highly recommended for this trail as it is not easily marked and as the French name for this trail suggests, you may well 'lose track of time.' The trail connects the villages of Delices and Geneva, and takes you over several peaks along valley floors and through rivers. Atop the mountain trail, rainforest sights and sounds will captivate you. Highlights include the River Blanc, Jack Falls, agriculture and farm areas at Grand Bay and Pichlin, and the World Heritage Site – Morne Trois Pitons National Park.

"Perfect place to go with a group of friends or that special someone for a refreshing bath (no soap needed :)) and soak. Sulphur has so many healing properties such as treating acne, relaxing muscles.. Take it from me.. you may only need one soak to experience your healing."
